Wizard Wear Return & Exchange Policy
If you purchased your item online from wizardwear.ca, please contact us by phone or email to arrange a return and/or exchange for your item.
We will grant returns on unused item with tags still attached for a full refund (not including shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date. You can expect your refund to be applied to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
Please note that Wizard Wear cannot accept any items with a postmark date of over 30 days from the purchase date. We can also only accept any items not in original new condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an error has occurred when filling the order. We recommend that you track the package as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered packages. No signature is required for delivery.
If you purchased your item from a Wizard Wear retailer, please return it to your place of purchase. Please note that every retailer may have different return and exchange policies.
Gifts – If you received your item as a gift, please contact the gift giver as we can only issue a refund to their credit card. In the case of an exchange, the gift giver will need to place a new order on your behalf.
Sale Items – Please note that all sale items are a FINAL SALE.
If you would like to replace your item(s) for another size, style or colour, please place a new order and follow the instructions below for your return.
